Please meet in the lobby of
the Sun Valley Lodge
at 1:15. We will take a shuttle to the Gun Club.
We are going to have
3 classes of competition so
as many folks as want to can
participate:
Greenhorn—Haven't shot a shotgun
at something, ever, or more
than a couple of times.
Ranch Hand—Have done some shooting
or hunting but limited and
no more than just exposure
to trap or skeet.
Cowboy—Have shot trap and skeet at least
a few times as well as knowing
how to hunt/shoot.
For information, trap
shooting is breaking clay
pigeon disc targets that are
thrown in front of the shooter
on command. Supervised by
highly experienced staff,
it is safe, easy to do and
fun!

Powerhouse musicians
(and husband and wife) Derek
Trucks and Susan Tedeschi
have combined forces for a
summer outing, touring together
as one musical group. The
guitar-slinging couple have
recorded on each other’s albums
and toured together with their
respective bands on occasion,
but this new musical adventure
reveals the two side-by-side
leading one amazing ensemble.
Expect a mixture of material
from both artists’ repertoires
along with a batch of songs
worked up especially for this
tour, steeped in blues, roadhouse
rock and American roots.

Golf Digest calls “one of
the best 100 golf courses
in the United States and #1 golf course in
Idaho.” The Sun Valley Resort
Golf Course is a rugged and
spectacular golf course that
will provide a challenging
round of golf for every level
of player. Robert Trent Jones
Jr. finished his redesign
of the course in 1980 with
a full compliment of stream
carries and ominous bunkers
well positioned to catch the
errant shot. The 6,892 yard,
72 par course has 18 signature
holes and crosses the beautiful
Trail Creek seven times on
the front nine alone!
